These terms

These terms govern your use of eyeloup.com. Use of EyeLoup Studio and delivery of interactive experiences are governed by the separate written agreement between EyeLoup and the customer; where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement controls.

The website

The content on this site is provided for information. Figures shown in the measurement section are representative and labelled as such — they illustrate the kind of reporting EyeLoup produces and are not a performance guarantee for any campaign.

Your content

You keep ownership of the artwork, imagery, video and other material you supply. You grant EyeLoup the licence needed to host, process and deliver it as part of the experiences you ask us to run. You are responsible for holding the rights to what you supply, including any photography, music, fonts and likenesses within it.

Acceptable use

Do not use EyeLoup to deliver unlawful content, to infringe someone else’s rights, to mislead consumers, or to attempt to compromise the security or availability of the platform.

Availability

We work to keep published experiences available and fast, because a printed piece cannot be recalled if they are not. Service levels, where they apply, are set out in the customer agreement rather than here.

Intellectual property

EyeLoup, the EyeLoup logo, the EyeLoup Enabled mark and the software behind them remain the property of EyeLoup. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EyeLoup is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
