- What counts as an Experience View?
- One person successfully launching your experience. We count it once the trigger is recognised, the experience loads and it stays on screen long enough to be someone actually looking — not a link preview, a crawler or an accidental reload. One reader looking at one page counts once, however many times they come back to it in that session.
- What happens when I run out of views?
- Nothing breaks in your reader's hands. We keep your experiences running on a courtesy buffer of about five per cent beyond your included views and tell you immediately, so you can buy tokens or upgrade before anything changes.
- Do my projects disappear if I stop paying?
- No. Your projects stay in EyeLoup Studio, editable and previewable, forever. Only what is published publicly moves into a smaller Demo Mode.
- Do unused views roll over?
- Subscription views stay spendable past the end of the period — two months on Starter, three on Pro, six on Business, twelve on Partner. Purchased token packs are valid for twelve months from the day you buy them.
- Can I buy tokens without a subscription?
- Yes. Pay-as-you-go is a real way to use EyeLoup, not a trap. You keep the EyeLoup mark and up to three live pieces, and you only pay when you run a campaign.
