What this covers

This notice explains how EyeLoup handles information across three surfaces: this website, EyeLoup Studio (the platform our customers use to build experiences), and the interactive experiences that consumers open when they point a phone at an EyeLoup-enabled printed piece.

Information you give us

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the name, company, work email, and any phone number, print volume or message you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a demo. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Information collected by an experience

When someone opens an EyeLoup experience, we record engagement events — that an experience was viewed, how long it was open, which elements were interacted with, whether a video was watched, and whether a call to action was tapped. These events are attached to the experience and the campaign, not to a named individual. We do not require the consumer to create an account, and we do not build cross-site advertising profiles.

Approximate location and device type may be derived from the request in order to report campaign performance. If a customer adds a lead-capture form to an experience, any details a consumer enters there belong to that customer, who is responsible for how they are used.

Studio accounts

For customers using EyeLoup Studio we store the account and organisation details needed to operate the service, together with the projects, assets and published versions you create. Access is scoped to your organisation and enforced at the database level.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers that host and run the platform — hosting, database, storage and email — under contract, and only to the extent required to deliver the service. We disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you. Engagement data is retained for the life of the campaign and the reporting period around it. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

Your choices

Write to privacy@eyeloup.com to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or to ask a question about anything in this notice. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honour them.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you directly, tell you.
