Report copyright infringement

Last updated Draft for legal review

If you believe something published through EyeLoup uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us here. You do not need an account.

What to include

Your contact details, a description of the work, the web addresses where the material appears (for example the EyeLoup link printed on the piece), and the two statements below. A notice that is missing these may take longer to act on.

What happens next

We log your notice and send you a reference. A person on our team reviews it. If we act on it, we tell the account holder, who may respond. Receiving a notice is not a finding about the material it describes.

Submit a notice

A web address, or where it was first published.

One full web address per line, up to 25. Include the EyeLoup link if you have it.

We use what you send to review your report and to reply to you. We may share it with the person whose content it concerns.

Other kinds of report

For trademark misuse or impersonation, use the trademark and impersonation form. Copyright and trademark reports are handled separately.
