Use this form if something published through EyeLoup uses your trademark in a misleading way, pretends to be you or your organization, or presents itself as official when it is not. For copyright, use the copyright form.

A trademark or impersonation report is reviewed by a person. It is not the same process as a copyright notice, and receiving a report is not a finding about the material it describes.
